Chapter 12: Rescue
The fire gave a hazy glow to Quinlynn’s face as she stood in front of the fireplace. She could not sleep at all. Her mind constantly goes over Vincent. Although her father has assured her that they have already tracked his location, she can’t help but worry about Vincent. What if he is in an unknown place, what if he is kidnapped for ransom or even worse killed? His delicate face full of fear and tears keeps on repeating inside her head.
‘God, please let him come back safely.’ Quinlynn prayed softly inside her mind.
Mary walked into the abandoned church. Hearing a sound from her intercom, she received it, “Tezz….Delta 3 here reporting target moved I repeat target moved…Tezz…Current location: South 2miles away from your current location.”
