Chapter 42

As the show started, Triffany was seriously enjoying the musical. She turned to see Tommy staring at her. “What?”

Tommy did not take his eyes off her. “I thought I would never meet you again.” His voice was emotional.

Triffany smiled. “But we meet again.”

“Yes. We did.” He smiled and looked at the performer. “So is this your favourite band?”

“I don’t really have a favorite band.”

“Then..” He raised his brow.

She looked at him. “Why am here?” He nods. “Well,” she exhaled softly. “I just want to clear my head with this.” She said softly, she just don’t want to think of Carlos being with his girlfriend now.

“Clear your head on what?” He asked curiously, the Triffany he knew was carefree, she never let anything bother her.

“Well, I been given a job at a publishing company and still have to perfect myself in it.” She signed and turned her focus back at the show.

“How far have you gone?” He asked.

“Horrible! No where. I can’t understand a thing if I open some note to read, no one to teach
