With every step he makes forward, Jaden's heartbeat rises. He was too anxious to see Irene's condition, thinking that it might be worse. Until he reached the wardroom, he clenched his hand as they were getting closer. In a line-up of hospital beds, in the second to the last bed, Manuel shows where she was. He found Irene sitting on a hospital bed while a nurse was treating her wounds to her hands and knees.
