Aster still wasn't able to find any news about Carina on the fifth day she left him.

When he finally went back to his company, everyone had a great shock.

His hair was a mess, he hadn't shaved in days, his dark circles looked terrifying, and he just looked completely disheveled.

Stella walked into Aster's office with a cup of coffee, as always.

Aster always had a habit of drinking a double-shot espresso in the morning. But when he took a sip of the coffee, he frowned immediately and asked, "Why is the coffee so watered down today?"

It was so watered down that he just couldn't get used to it. Stella smiled sheepishly at him and tried to think up an excuse. To her shock, Aster flung the coffee to the floor.

He had been drinking the same type of coffee for five years. Even the familiarity he usually found in his warm cup of coffee was now gone, too.

"Weren't you the one who always made my coffee every day in the past?" Aster growled between his teeth as he glared at Stella.
