Panic
The doorbell woke up Kalyana. She got up heavily from the bed and staggered to the door. Once there she peeked out of the eyepiece, with an annoyance of trying to raise her gaze, in her effort to identify the person stood outside. Armand. Kalyana hurriedly opened the door.
"Afternoon, Na," said Armand with a smile as he walked in.
"What time is it?" asked Kalyana. Her eyes still felt heavy.
"Ten o'clock, why?" replied Armand as he threw himself on the sofa.
"What's wrong with you?" said Kalyana, "it's still early. And it’s Saturday! I just finished doing office work at four this morning!"
Armand chuckled softly. "Same, me too, then this morning my boss called."
"Then why don't you just go to the boss's house?" Kalyana said while throwing her body next to her beloved sitting, leaning her head on Armand's shoulder, then closing her eyes again.
Armand chuckled again and gave Kalyana a soft hug.
