The door opened and in walked Jade looking tired and carrying a couple of grocery bags on her shoulder. Grey immediately ran to help her as I set down Riley who I just fed in her fancy baby seat. Thankfully, she was really into her food so the feeding wasn't messy at all, unlike the last time.
The awful last time, I actually didn't know how to properly feed children and Jade wasn't in so I just went with my instinct. I mixed a lot of baby milk in warm water, turned it in the baby bottle and fed them. They didn't seem to like it though as they were always pushing the bottle out of their mouths by themselves forcefully, causing a big mess of milk on their faces and outfits. It was more my fault than theirs though so I didn't blame them.
I already did my research and read up on how to properly feed babies; I'm now a professional babysitter and godmother. Show me anybody else who can do it

Random POVThe night was pretty bright when she moved into her new apartment on 3rd avenue. She dragged her boxes into the rooms based on their description. 41Wait, I remembered something. It wasn't much but it was still something. I remembered carrying a baby, that was it. I tried so hard to at least remember something else but nothing was forthcoming, absolutely nothing.However, the pain had significantly reduced and now it was just mild, more bearable than before. I still had random aches from unidentifiable parts of my body though. Very weird.The one thing that made me comfortable with being in my abyss was the peace that it came with.
