4 Missing Gatlin

Adair looks at Stoll staring at him from last 20 mins, just eyeing him not moving his mouth. After who knows how long he said something beyond his imagination “you look more like him” ‘-‘  “hmm?”

“Father you look more like him, I am not interested in politics do you know what makes me join?” “Your greed” Adair said without thinking it was something he knows from last 10 years

Stoll just Smiled like adult do when Child say something casually “On the second day after your mother died, he came to me and beg me to replace him, he said it is his dream and as his eldest son I have to do it” Stoll said slowly he looks at Adair’s face who is similar to his father and bow his head as he continues.

“Once he arrested the biggest Arm dealer but after investigation, he got knows the real mastermind is someone from Politics, as an Army he can’t investigate that’s why he decided to join Politics, Grandfather was also politician so it was easy for him to enter but that accident” he finished with great sight.

Adair is little shocked as he always thinks Stoll did this because of greed “come to study I will give you something” without any words Adair just follows, his is still in shock because his 10 years judgement was wrong about his brother.

In study there was file in the middle of table with some dust like no one touched it for many years.

“This is what you want but you have to promise me something” with this Stoll wait for Adair to response.

“First tell me I can’t promise blindly” Adair said his tone carry some respectfulness for Stoll as his way of thinking changed for him only in some mins.

“You will not open this file till you are able to handle all of presidential work, and never mix your personal work with your responsibilities and the last you can choose not to promise but” after a pause he continued “try not to kill her she was also cheese piece someone handling her from behind the scene”

After completing what he wanted to say from last 10 years, the huge burden on his shoulder lightens a lot. Now he is going to sleep. Wait!

“Tomorrow morning is election only 19 hours; what are you going to do” Now Stoll remember he is tricked by his younger brother how can one change result in just 19 hours shit.

“Get ready to welcome me as a next President” Adair said cunningly like he already planned everything just need to implement it.

Late at night more than one in morning a two-story house is abnormally silent, the house is small and low-key but luxurious and heavily guarded. A man completed clothed in black not even showing his eyes, just two small circle is there for seeing, he jumped to first floor balcony like he is trained for this, with just single sweep two bodyguard lay on ground in a mere second.

With second jump he is now on second floor’s balcony which connect master bedroom he lightly opens glass door and looked at the man lying on bed deep in sleep with small steps man in black make his way to the man. when the man on bed opens his eyes suddenly.

Election day

“Where the hell that brat go, what you guys with this bugling body doing their” Ford smashed everything in living room whatever he can all the bodyguards keeling in front some of them were bleeding also like Ford smash that expansive vas over them

“Tell me what you saw, do anyone knows when he left his house” Gatlin is missing as a president candidate if today he will not show everything every afford is going to waste.

“No, he did not come, even his room was locked from inside, this morning when he did not come out, we knocked for long time at last we had to open it forcefully, he was not there but” with this that bodyguard don’t know how to continue “speak” Ford roar smashing ashtray on bodyguard.

“Balcony was wide open there were no sign of fighting at all, seems like he runaway” after some moment Ford said silently “go and search every corner of this city I want him back before result, and bring that special maid in my room”

It is almost Afternoon media is screaming for Gatlin’s presence some have announced that he was afraid that’s why he runway. Even some have made memes saying Gatlin is a coward, running from responsibilities.

After some minute a maid came, it was the same one from garden. “Sir how can I help you” Looking at maid face Ford showed a smile and ask very gently “you look so thin are they not giving you enough food”

 Ford slowly hugged her in his arms memorizing her figure she is 43 years old but still tender not chubby like other females turns in their forties. Ford let her sit with him in his bed tightly holding her waist, inhaling her natural scent “did he told you where he is?” maid was slightly trembling but still said firmly “No, and even if he said I will never tell you”.

Ford was annoyed raised his hand to hit her “you can beat me, just prepare a valid reason what you will tell him about my injury” her eyes are full of hate she feared but still dare to fight. “This is the thing what I love about you” he smiled, deep in his heart he knows Gatlin will never leave after all he have his 2 weak point under his hands.

On other side only Adair and Stoll were present in election centre because Gatlin is still missing Ford is busy finding him so. This make no. of votes increase for Adair as he is only present which shows Adair is more reliable than Gatlin, at least he is not afraid to face new challenges.

During 1 in evening election finished there is 4 hours for result announcement. Adair said to Stoll “You can rest, I have something to do so, I will come back before announcement” with this Adair ride his car to army base. As the army base is safest place Adair let his bodyguards rest there, he himself drives to his condo in army.

Adair live here for 10 years before that it was also his mother and father’s second house so he resigned but still have his condo remains he can come and go anytime he wanted. This Army base is his territory.

He opens the door with key enter in living room drop his coat then goes to bedroom, he saw a man tightly tied to bed opened his eyes and was looking at him with some confusion.
