Leon POV

“Leon? Hello?” I jumped and turned from the window I didn't realise I was staring out.

“Eric? How long have you been standing there?” I asked as I glanced around my office.

“About 5 minutes dude. What is up with you? I know there are things you aren't telling me and I don't wanna pry to get it out of you, you are my best friend and I wouldn't wanna force you to talk unless you are ready too.” Eric look a deep breath and walked over to one of the seats and sat down.

“But..” I said and gestured for him to go on.

“But. You are the Alpha and I am the beta. And as your beta, I feel like you whatever is going on with you could be affecting the well being of the pack. People have been talking.”
