"That's good, just do the necessary things, and let the managers know about it... anything else?" Eduardo asked.

"That's all, Sir," Fredrick answered and left.

Later on, Eduardo mulled over what Fredrick said, so he decided to host a party for all his workers.

All of them had been faithful to the company and hard-working, the sweet part of the whole thing was that non of them has ever make any attempt to steal from the company.
