Beyond Shocked

Samantha touched her father's hand, tapping him so he could stop blinking, but he didn't. She and her mother held each of his hands, screaming.

"Mom, please stay calm. I think dad is having a seizure. It should resolve in a few minutes. Let him go. We should let him sit through it" Samantha said, leaving her father's hand, but her mother refused to let him go.

She touched her mother by the shoulder.

"Mom? you need to let dad go, he is having a seizure and we need to let his hand go. He should be find in few minutes, please mom"

Her mother gently left his hand, looking into her husband's eyes as he kept blinking them. She had tears In her eyes that were waiting to fall. She turned to Samantha and they hugged each other.

"I Shouldn't have asked him any questions, maybe that triggered this, it's my fault, Sammy" She said, sobbing.

"No mom, it's definitely not your fault. it was just a coincidence, so stop blaming yourself"
