Leah’s POV

“What do you mean by ‘a problem?’” I ask. “My father put in the three moons limit to give me time to find my mate, that was the point.  Why is that a problem?”

“Unfortunately, the contract says you have three moons to be marked by Trent, there is nothing about the fated mate stated in the contract.  I believe that was more of a verbal understanding your dad was given by Alpha Max.  Alpha Max is very good with his word choices and has become even better with the darkness in his ear.  He understands the ways of magic and word choice matters very much when casting.” Selene replies.

I put my hands up to my temples and rub circles. My head is killing me and now I have to figure out how not to die and not kill Trent  while claiming my fated mate.
