9 # Want her permanently

Third Person's POV 

It has been two days, she didn't attend lectures.  She didn't sleep properly for two nights. She was yawning badly, stretching her arms lazily. 

"Sharanya, you will fall a sick, babe, take rest for tonight, at least," Remya pulled a laptop from her hands and shut down it ignoring her protest.

"You are right, she is stubborn and the third grade stubborn, arrogant is that ASR," Anna cursed him.

"He paid me for this work," Sharanya pouted.

"You didn't go to him and asked for a job or money, he offered you... No... No... He forced you to do this work and also paid forcefully," Anna hollered at her.

"Okay, whatever, everything is the same," Sharanya grabbed the water bottle and drank water.

"As he had already paid me, I have to return through my work," Sharanya gulped and conceded.

Girls jumped into their beds respectively. Remya started chatting on her phone. Anna shook her head seeing her.

"What?" Remya shouted as she threw a pillow on her.

"Nothing, I didn't do anything," Anna scolded her.

"I know you were laughing at me. One day, you will also chat with your boyfriend or fiance, I will laugh at you," Remya shouted and rolled over not to see Anna again. Anna chucked at her behaviour.

"Please, silent. I wanted to sleep, otherwise, I will look like a zombie tomorrow," Sharanya hid her ears with the pillow and shouted at them. It was their love and fight. They can fight with each other, and they also fight for each other. This is the essence of their friendship.

Next morning, Sharanya took a quick shower and dressed in office attire. As she was an engineering student, she had bought some outfits, that came in used presently.

She left her hairs talking to the air. She turned her hairs into wavy curls, the length of her hairs touched her slender waist. She wore a black shirt and blazer with a white shirt. She applied light makeup and dark red shade of matte lipstick.

She was looking astonished, anyone can fall for her at a glance. She hurriedly grabbed the keys of her car and took her laptop in one hand. She headed to the car holding, laptop, phone and bag. She hardly managed to hold so many stuff.

She placed her things in the car and sat on the driver's seat. She exhaled a deep breath and glanced at the clock. She is on time, she doesn't want to late today. So she skipped her breakfast too.

She drove towards the Shark building. As she reached, she parked the car and headed to the elevator. She was waiting for the elevator and Arnav arrived. He glanced at her through his goggles and his lips curved into a small smile.

"Ms Sharma, come here, you will be late if you will wait for the elevator," Arnav said orderly and gestured her to join him in his private elevator.

Her heart hopped and she headed to him, as she doesn't want to be late.

They emerged inside and press the button to reach his office. With a 'ting' sound the awkward silence was broken and the elevator stopped.

They scooted to his office. She has to report him first, so she can discuss with him about the presentation.

He gestured her to sit and She sat obediently pulling the chair for herself. He ordered two coffee for them. After a few minutes, coffee mugs were served. They enjoyed their coffee silently.

"Aaaahhhhmmm, will you explain it to me?" He asked in a soft tone as she nodded obediently. 

She opened her laptop and he got up standing behind her to see the screen of the laptop. He leaned lower and his head was almost at her shoulder. She gulped and started explaining him the plan and its presentation.

"Sir, " Danil interrupted knocking the door.

"Yes," Arnav growled at him lifting his gaze from the laptop and gazed on him.

"Everyone arrived, they are waiting for you," Danil admitted breathing heavily.

"Let's go," He asserted orderly. Danil and Sharanya followed him.

He greeted and invited the investors and introduced them with his staff. After discussing some topics, he pointed to Sharanya and announced that she will give a presentation regarding the project.

She started without hesitation, she greeted all of them and started her speech. She gave a 3D explanation of the residency going to be constructed. She played one by one slide of the presentation and she ended with a heavy breath.

Suddenly the conference hall was echoed with the sound of clapping. All the investors got up from their seats and clapped for her. Despite the young age and lack of experience, she gave an excellent presentation.

"Mr ASR, we will sign the deal today, you have an excellent plan and we are glad to invest in your company," Mr Tuner shook his hand with Arnav said delightedly.

She was shocked as something wrong happened. She was scared but it didn't affect her presentation and her skills. 

She stepped back and got out of the conference hall. Her work has been done. There were only a few people in the conference hall. He realised she was missing, but he was caught up with his investors. His father was out for today so he has to manage alone everything.

"Sharanya, you did a magic, babe," Danil shouted from her back. She whirled and smiled at him nervously.

"Awesome, now none can stop you from joining the Shark construction company,"  Danil asserted cheerfully.

She hardly smiled at his statements. She doesn't want to join this company. She will find something new for her after completing her study. She is a little bit afraid of ASR.

"Okay, now I should leave," She smiled at Danil and waved her hand to him.

"But wait..." Danil exclaimed but she scooted to the elevator.

"Thanks," She heard him and she curtailed. Abruptly, he headed to her and offered his hand to shake. She was feeling shy, and she smiled sheepishly accepting his hand. They shake their hands.

"I should leave," She asserted and whirled back to the elevator.

"Okay," He was speechless. He could only glance at her hopefully and smiled took place over his lips.

"How was your day?" Anna hugged her.

"Awesome," Sharanya jumped with excitement. Girls hugged each other and laughed.

"Did that jerk become angry with you?" Remya asked.

"No, he said thanks to me," Sharanya replied blushing hard.

"What?" Anna and Remya shouted together as they were shocked.

"What? Why? He said thanks," Sharanya chuckled seeing them shocked.

"He is the ASR, he never says sorry and thanks," Anna yelled surprisingly.

"but he said," Sharanya sat on the bed and pouted like a kid.

Suddenly her phone buzzed. Anna grabbed it from the table and unlocked it.

"Your account XXXXXX has been credit with... What?" She got another shock.

"Now what?" Sharanya offered her hand to take her phone.

"Look at this," Anna handed her phone.

"Ohh, my God. He is psycho, how could he pay such a higher amount for this work," Sharanya got up from the bed and dialled Danil's number. 

"Hello, Ms Sharma," Danil chirped dramatically.

"Did you transfer the amount in my account?" She asked worriedly.

"Yes, this was the boss's order, honey," Danil smiled and replied.

"No, this is too much. I don't want such a higher amount," Sharanya revolted in a panic tone.

"You may talk to Mr ASR," He asserted and hung up the call.

"Huh!"

Sharanya shook her head with frustration and threw her phone on the bed. 

Another side, Arnav was so happy that she did her job perfectly. He anticipates that she would join his office permanently and also his life. She became his fascination. His happiness was noticeable on his face. 

His kind of behaviour with employees was evidencing that he was changed due to some rationales.

He called Danil and ordered directly, "Danil, offer her the job of an architect in our company, with a higher salary, I want her here in my office."

"Okay, sir," Danil replied with a smile and hung up the call.

Someone has affected a lot to his arrogant boss, who always stays angry and arrogant. But she was the one, who has changed him. 

"Ms Sharanya Sharma, Welcome to the Shark," Danil chirped jovially. Whether he became a victim of his anger, he is loyal to Arnav. His prosperity is at the top level for Danil. He is happy that his boss was falling for a girl unknowingly.
