A snap broke Everly's daze. She blinked her eyes and saw Mary waving her hand at her. Trying to get her attention. "What is it, Mary?"
"What's wrong, miss? You are constantly in a daze after you leave the director's office. Did the director approve of your leave?" Mary asked.
They are currently sitting in a cafe. Taking an afternoon break before going home. Mary had booked this private table for them earlier. Besides, with Everly's popularity, it would be impossible for people not to recognize her immediately.
