Chapter 97: Connected to Everly

Hans drove at full speed towards David’s apartment. In less than an hour, they managed to reach his apartment’s door and knocked hurriedly.

Since it’s past midnight, David must be sleeping already, and usually, Hans doesn’t like to disturb someone’s rest. But their current situation doesn’t apply to that.

Two lives are currently at risk every minute, every hour, that passes.

After a couple of knocks, the door opened. He was wearing his sleepwear and by the look of his hair, he had just woken up.
