Dissociative Identity Disorder

   Ansh was sitting beside Shama. He was wearing the face mask to hide his identity from the servants and butler. He stared at Shama who was having a deep and depressed look on her face even while sleeping. Ansh laid his head on the bed and was lying on the floor next to Shama.

The doctor came inside the room. Shama looked at the doctor and moved away from Shama.

“Can I know why she has frequent blackouts? Why is there a treatment going on her?”

Ansh asked with an anxious look on his face.

“She is suffering from DID”

The doctor said.

“DID?”

Ansh asked in confusion.

“Yeah, Dissociative identity disorder. It is a disease in which a person has two or more than two personalities. These personalities can control the person’s behaviour.”

He said as he took out an injection from his bag.
