07~~~~ Darkness had spent the whole night searching for Vanilla, according to how he had planned it, she should have gotten to the portal to the human world, and he would have gone himself to catch her, yet things didn't go according to how he had planned it. It was a first. The sound of crunching feet and a heartbeat alerted him as Darren approached. “So?”“She did not get to the portal, neither her nor the crippled human can be found… however…” Darren hesitated, making Darkness tilt his head.“Speak.”“We found traces of movement towards the Cold Moon tower.” Darren examined Darkness, though his face showed no emotion, his clenched jaw betrayed him. “Perhaps she got turned.”“No. No she didn't, neither is she a spy.” He stated. His gaze dark and unfathomable. “The pack is in your hands now, I will go bring her back.” “What? No!” Darren immediately refused. “This is the job for the pack warriors not our Alpha.”
06 ~~~~ His word struck her as a word said out of anger. “I did all I did in order to escape him, why the hell would I want to be claimed by him? That creature isn't even human, I am not a slut, and I am definitely not stupid. We have come this far, do you really need to do this?” “Why can't I? Because of you, I am now a cripple.” This got to Vanilla, her gaze softened. “Then we need to get out of here quickly and find you a doctor.” “It's useless.” “No it's not. Come on, I will help you up.” Vanilla went in search of a stick and forced it into Conor's hand, then she wrapped his hand around her neck and helped him up despite his protest and grunts of pain. The first step they took, Conor stumbled but she managed to hold him still. They walked slower than Vanilla had expected, she had no idea if Conor was actually limping so slow on purpose or if his broken

The sound of Conor's bone being broken still left her on the edge. “Are you there?” Connor had not spoken to her since he was thrown back to his cell, and she could hear his occasional moans of pain. Her question was met with silence, at least his moans of pain gave her hope that he was alive. “I will get us out of here.” She silently promised, he had gotten hurt because of her after all, it was now her duty to help him. As she was busy thinking of her plans, familiar footsteps accompanied by other hurried footsteps sounded from afar, making her tense. She could still remember her interaction with him– Vanilla couldn't wait to escape the place. “I see you are awake.” it was a statement, yet hearing hi

"So, is there a chance for me to return home? " I questioned, pleading with Angel with my eyes in hope she told me there was, I couldn't imagine myself staying with these dangerous creatures after their apparent kidnapping of me. Though nice, I still had fear in me from seeing them in their animal form, it was no joke. Angel nod, "there is, but you have to heal first, your wounds are too severe, you have a broken rib and a twisted ankle, though i have repositioned it, you might still not be able to walk for a few weeks, since you are human, " I looked down at my ankle which had been wrapped with a guaze earlier, the pain from the repositioning she did earlier still edge in my bone, making me wince in remembrance," can't you do some magic that will make it heal faster and less painful?
