“Hello dear sister! How’s your day going so far?”

I looked up from my computer and watched Venus strutted my office before dropping a dessert box on top of my messy table. She smiled brightly at me before taking a seat on the chair to face me.

“I brought you a carrot cake. It’s the best seller in my shop right now,” she beamed and I cringed, taking a peek on the box.

She hit my arm when she noticed the disgusted expression on my face.

“Thanks but don’t ever bring another one of that again. I’d rather you bring me those yummy red velvet cupcakes.”

But since I don’t want to disappoint her, I’d have a slice later and maybe… give the rest of the box to Juno.
