Chapter 34

"I heard that you just get out of the hospital. May sakit ka raw at halata naman dahil namumutla ka. Bakit pumasok ka pa?" 

Napatungo ako sa sinabi ni Mrs. Castanier habang hawak ang papel na naglalaman ng answers ko sa dalawang quiz na namiss ko kahapon sa subject niya. Jelo emailed me yesterday and send me the questionnaires of our quiz so I immediately answered it, hoping that she would still accept my papers even though it's too late. 

"P-Please give me a chance, M-Maam. Babawi ako, promise." Humigpit ang hawak ko sa papers ko at hindi nag-abalang mag-angat ng tingin. 

She put her hand on my shoulder."You don't have to worry about your grades, I got your back. Hindi kita mamadaliin sa mga namiss mong lessons sa subject ko. I understand your condition and it's okay for me."

Nakahinga ako ng maluwag nang tanggapin niya ang answer sheets ko. But she told me that even if I got the perfect scores, still may minus pa rin dahil sa bahay ko lan
