Ch23: Mild rage

Rex had a nervous expression written all over his face. His thoughts were about Maria and the wrath she promised to rain on him. Rex scratched his temples and glanced at Cherry. It was best to face Maria outside the room where she might not accidentally hurt Cherry.

The moment Rex stepped outside and closed the door a shoe hit his head so hard it almost knocked him out. He yelped from the sharp pain and a groan escaped his lips. Rex slouched down grabbing his head in pain, then he realized something trickled down his finger ‘blood!’ he look down at his fingers to see he was bleeding from his temples.

“What the hell Maria.” He yelled at his outburst friend who didn’t think twice before throwing her six inches heel at him. she was the only one who could do that and get away with it.
