Octavia opened her bleary eyes on the bed, her hands fisted, and her back ache.
"Hey" she heard a voice call and turned her head slowly to see Sapphire sitting close to her.
"You're awake. How're you feeling?"
Octavia arched her brows and tried recalling what had happened.
Sapphire...
She'd cut her wrist open, but Octavia was able to save her. And afterwards, she felt so weak and passed out.
"Octavia, can you hear me?" Sapphire cooed and touched her arm and Octavia forced herself to sit up.
The memories of what had happened came flashing into her head
; how she'd acted so crazy, attacked Master Zack...
Goodness! Did she really do all that???
And Khalid? Was he awake already? How would she know?
Her hand went slowly to her tummy, caraasing the flat surface.
