Octavia laughed hard as Khalid twirled her around in his arms. She clutched him tight, holding onto him like her life actually depended on him.
"Hey..." Khalid cooed and managed to put her down on her feet, then cupped her chin in his hands.
"You did it" Octavia muttered, staring directly into his dark eyes.
"You're alive".
"No. You did it" replied answered with a light smile and crashed his lips on hers.
