Chapter Twenty

Kierra's POV

"What's this pretty lady doing here, the medics should rush over here," a woman said aloud as she passed by the lady I saved trying to check if she was still conscious.

I didn't want to go into the hospital to avoid any questions and this one act could reveal my identity.

I dropped the unconscious lady close to the entrance of the clinic while no one was watching.

The people outside were fewer now, as it was already getting late.

"She is in safe hands, Kierra," I said to myself

I walked back home, my thoughts were drawn to the person who killed the rogue I was questioning. I hadn't yet shifted into my human form so it will be hard for whoever it was to identify me in person.

I just had to bet on this assumption.
