Chapter 94

My parents took their car while I rode in silence with Eren to the hospital. He was staring ahead,not even glancing at me once.

His fingers were tight around the wheel,I could see the vines popping out of his skin. The atmosphere was so tense that I couldn't breathe properly.

His reaction to my pregnancy was worse than I imagined. He was shocked and hurt but I don't get why he withdrew.

I wanted to speak but swallowed my words. I didn't have any right to leave him in the dark but I was too emotional after everything to think properly.

We got to the hospital and I was taken to the ante natal ward for a check up. Eren stayed behind in the waiting room with my dad while my mom went with me.

It took a while and it turned out I was actually fine. All I needed was rest and less stress,so I strolled back to the waiting room while my mother talked with the doctor.

Eren was seated on the far end of the bench ,staring into space with his fingers clasped in front of him.
