14. Life or death

Alex paced the floor in the hallway of the pack house. After killing half the opponent's pack they are finally able to get out of the warehouse and get Arystyn back to the house. The resident MD to the werewolves was attending Arystyn. Things did not look good.

After examining Arystyn Dr. Adams looked grimly at Alex. She is too weak to shift and the only thing that will save her is a rare commodity. “What is it?” Alex asked. Dr. Adams solemnly stated “mistletoe.”

Mistletoe would kill her! Alex exclaimed. To a typical werewolf yes but Arystyn ”s blood type is AB negative. It’s the only thing that could help with that rare blood type. It will either kill her or transform her into a very powerful creature.
