I ran down the street like a madwoman as I felt in my whole being an inexplicable urge to return home immediately.

All the cells in my body were screaming at me that I had to get back there as soon as possible, that my mother needed me, and that I mustn't waste a single second more.

I had to protect my mother at all costs.

I don't know where this imperative came from but it was there ordering me in the form of an inner and authoritative voice to run toward my home. so I did it without asking for my rest

The way to my house has never seemed so strange to me. The reason is simple. I felt things that I had never felt before. It felt like every feeling in my body was heightened and it felt like my head was going to explode.

Not just exploding, that I would soon pass out and even die. It was as if my body was in pain but in time this pain soothed me. I did not know exactly how to explain my emotions at that moment but they were more than tumultuous.

Whether it's the sounds around me, even the most distant, like perhaps a person in a telephone booth, motorists screaming, vehicle horns, footsteps, all those noises that before seemed normal to me, the main characteristics of cities, these noises now make me sick.

I want to tear my hair out at all this heckling and it's not the only thing that pisses me off.

The vibrations I can feel from the bottom of my feet to my brain are unbearable.

I feel like I can even hear an ant walking on the ground and that is more than scary. What could be happening to me that makes things I didn't care about before seem so intense? So disturbing? So striking... I'm afraid.

I stopped for a moment before shifting to a small side alley clutching my ears with my hands. All these noises were so annoying and now there were these smells that I smelled that invaded my brain.

I felt both pleasant and horrible things, the food, the garbage, the diesel, and all the other smells mixed in my brain and gave me one of these waves of nausea, I wanted to understand but I had no answer to all my questions.

I didn't want to feel all that, it frightened me but at the same time, it was like a sweet temptation that gripped my chest, a sweet poison that I didn't want to let go of, feeling that it was inexorably part of me, an inseparable side of me of which I was not aware until now.

So much that it frightened me and so much that it gave me a feeling of freedom that I had never had since I was born.

I crossed my arms over my shaking body and decided to calm down. I had too many things in mind and I was afraid of bordering on a nervous breakdown so I took the time to put away all my emotions and my scary ideas

It took me more than ten minutes before I opened my eyes wide, feeling footsteps coming towards me. They were heavy but I felt something else when I heard them approach me: danger.

The voice inside me shouted at me that these people who came were not convenient so I straightened up suddenly falling on a bunch of thugs who looked at me like a piece of meat.

I took a step back before finding myself surrounded.

"Oh, what do we have here? A cute little cat but what are you doing here? It's dangerous to be here alone you know..."

I gulped before trying to shift to the side. Of course, it's dangerous since you make it that way.

I looked around but there was no way to escape, I was trapped.

The tallest man and the leader of the group walked up to me with a perverted, sly face and I realized I was in complete shit. I shifted to the side before backing up but was soon cornered by a wall behind me as these sneering hyena-like men came near me with less than laudable intentions.

I placed my hands in defense in front of me before closing my eyes and praying for someone to come to my aid as if heaven heard me I heard moans in front of me and the sound of bodies falling heavily on the floor.

But the worst was that lingering smell of blood that burned my nostrils.

I opened my eyes hastily before seeing the bodies of my attackers strewn on the ground writhing in pain and a tall, menacing figure staring at them with murderous eyes.

He was a man and he had an imposing build, he certainly had his back to me but I could see that he was well-built.

I sighed reassured and walked over to thank him before feeling like my head was throbbing.

The smell of blood, the voice, my mother.

Without waiting to thank my mysterious savior whose features I hadn't seen because he was hidden under a cloak, I ran away from this alley and headed for my house with this horrible feeling that was suffocating my senses and confusing my mind.

I needed to see my mother and find out how she is.

The man who had just saved me reached out trying to catch me but I was too fast and he gave up.

He smiled before squeezing his hand to his chest.

"I finally found you... My Luna..."

He heard a groan on the ground and his mind went back to the men he had just knocked down.

His face immediately froze and he lifted his foot almost crushing the man's head.

"How dare you desire what is mine?"

After beating these men again he came out of the dark alley and got into his car with his driver getting into the car.

" Master? Shall we look for the lady?"

" Useless... She will come to me in a while.

The driver nodded before driving off.

" Where are we going ?"

" I need to get rid of some rats in Capital City. I think after their dirty work they have already returned to Capital City. I would have liked to arrive earlier but unfortunately, this is not the case... She was at least able to protect her child..."

The driver just nodded as he left Rendall town and headed towards Capital City.

For my part, I had run to the house. My limbs were so flexible and my running so fluid it felt like I was flying.

But the moment I found myself in front of my house, an unpleasant feeling came over me.

The heavy, sickening smell of human blood around the house.

I started shaking moving slowly almost timidly towards the house as the voice told me that this blood, I knew who it belonged to and also know why it was so intense.

I shook my head internally screaming at that insidious voice to be quiet because I didn't want to hear it but it kept singing to me about how inconsiderate I had acted with my mother and now she was at the home item of death.

" it's wrong you're talking bullshit."

I screamed as passers-by looked at me strangely. I blushed with shame before hearing the voice speak again.

It told me that if I didn't believe it, I had to go and check it myself. My heart tightened in my chest and I sighed. There was no point arguing with an imaginary voice making me sound crazy in public so I better go check it out for myself.

Slowly I climbed the steps of the stairs before finding myself on the veranda of our house.

I took a deep breath and exhaled before turning the doorknob and inserting the key that I had nevertheless struggled to remove from my pocket.

I was surprised to find the door open and felt something was seriously wrong.

My mother, even though it always seemed strange to me, always kept the door closed with her inside. So that I always had a key on me even if my mother was at home.

But today the door was open. I swallowed heavily before pulling myself together, I mustn't panic.

I had to keep my calm.

  • Luna who hated her Alpha   His happiness is mine.

It's impossible. Jessy is dead. Chad and the other hunters attested to it and even Spencer confirmed it to me. So how come he's here in front of us and killed my grandfather? Greg stood up, feeling better before extending his hand to me. " I imagine that like all nasty clichés, you are going to give us the presentation of this scenario?" Greg spoke, wiping invisible dirt off his shirt. " Ah, it's stronger than me, I have to explain to you" Greg rolled his eyes as he helped me up. I wanted to understand, it was not normal. Jessy sat on my grandfather's torn body making the scene both morbid and disgusting. I put a hand over my mouth in an effort not to throw up and waited with Greg, too quietly, for Jessy to finally speak. " Hmmm how to say, I am a rogue wolf? My name is Hayce and I started the war between the alliance and rogues decades ago." Greg frowned. He remembers this story. First fifty years ago, an alpha who had lost the fight for the title of pack leader had b

  • Luna who hated her Alpha   What is this outcome?

Morning came quickly as I was getting ready to pick up Greg. We don't know how many enemies are waiting for us there, but all the Soul Moons and some hunters have decided to leave. Even Serena decided to join us saying that there was only her to take care of her grandfather. I sighed praying Greg was safe. I don't want to lose any more people, this year has been so difficult for me. Greg is everything to me and losing him would drive me so crazy. So we went to the Shield of Rain landmark knowing that André was not going to stand in our way. He wants to eat me anyway. I trust the new Alliance, made up not only of creatures but also of alves and hunters. We are going to stop this accursed threat." But I wonder, why are there so many mutants? Don't tell me that it was only the humans that these people kidnapped that were so numerous." Chad popped the question as Elsa nodded. "You're right boy, that doesn't seem right. With the number of mutants we fought yesterday, it's ob

  • Luna who hated her Alpha   Let's save Greg

I woke up with a huge headache. What happened? I just remember... My eyes widened in horror as bits of memories came flooding back to me. Greg stayed there with my crazy grandfather who wants to eat him to get his power. Say that, it's creepy. I suddenly got up from the bed I was in and found Pamela looking at me with teary eyes. " Pam…" I called with a small voice and before she could answer, Elsa entered with my father's twin. my aunt " Sophie…" The woman screamed before coming to hug me. " I'm sorry... I couldn't bring him back with us." I felt my heart twist, by bringing him back, she was talking about Greg, wasn't she? I felt tears well up as Elsa sighed. Rayan came up behind Tom and Chad before being joined by Aisha and Vangard. " Sophia, we need to understand. You have to tell us what happened to get to this point. You do not mind?" I looked at Elsa before sighing. Aisha, Vangard, and Chad already know the truth. It won't surprise them but those people who r

  • Luna who hated her Alpha   Sacrifice.

I was lost, who was talking to me? I turned my head several times before I felt my body being swept away from behind and soon a familiar smell invaded my being. Without waiting, I placed my hand on the ones around my hips and smiled." You came." I whispered before seeing something like a passage in the wall from which Chad, Pamela, and other people came. I screamed as Pamela came to hug me." I am so happy to find you sister…" I smiled before I saw Chad and thought of Spencer. He probably saw my look because he frowned." A problem Sophia?" I swallowed hard before speaking" Chad...I'm sorry...Spencer, he's dead." Chad took a moment to understand before scowling." Dead? I don't understand…" I sighed starting to tell him what I knew and as I went Chad's face fell." So that was it…" He spoke with a smirk before pulling himself together." He made his choice and lived by... I can only pay tribute to him for that." Chad went a little far, no doubt, to mourn while Gre

  • Luna who hated her Alpha   Farewell Angie and Spencer.

Spencer felt guilty. For personal reasons, he had put the world in danger. This idea had never crossed his mind since he had become a spy in the pay of these people. But after seeing the lifeless body of this little one he had saved years ago, this little one looked at him with admiration and fascination. This little girl to whom he had promised his eternal protection. The very one who considered him a father figure and did not fail to tell that to anyone who would listen. He feels like useless shit. He had done this because he is in love, and the woman he loves is expecting their child. He had thought that this one detail justified all his choices, good or bad. But in the face of reality, he feels like useless shit left in the middle of the road. He got up going towards the lifeless body of their priestess. She had been placed there while waiting to be able to prepare a funeral worthy of the name. Her body had been lacerated on all sides and the poor girl who radiated beau

  • Luna who hated her Alpha   An unexpected gathering.

The square was silent for several seconds. It seemed as if even the wind was making an effort to be distracted. Greg put his hand to his forehead as Chad sighed deeply. It wasn't how they wanted others to find out. Especially Greg. To be an alfe in this town is a death sentence, so knowing that their Luna is one must be very surprising to them. " What did this man just say?" " It's impossible, we saw how she materialized a wolf who even spoke to her." People started muttering as the general idea was the same. It is impossible, Sophia couldn't be an alfe because even if they are strong in magic, they cannot create a living being like a wolf. Especially that of their Luna which succeeded in defeating two enemies who were approached for the position of Luna. It does not make sense. " These hunters are still trying to fool us." " It's true, they created all this shit to mess with us." " But you listened to the Alpha... As well as this hunter who seems to be close to Luna if w
