KAYDEN’s POV.

Odette keeps looking at me without saying anything, trust my sister to always be mischievous anytime she gets the opportunity. She looks much happier now, even though her pregnancy looks bigger now. She looks really pretty and I am glad that she is my sister.

“So when are you going to introduce that woman to me?” Father asks from where he is seated. I had entered inside to see him and Odette discussing something. As it that was not enough torture, she started to tease me about Ayana. How I want to tell them about what’s going on but the fact that we don’t even know what we are yet.

“You have a woman, son?” My father asks me and I nod.

“It’s nothing yet dad but..,

“He’s totally smitten by her, dad” Odette chips in and I glare at her but the smile on her face calms me down. This sister of mine knows how to wrap me around her fingers.

“How about you go home to your husband?” I ask her and she lets out a sigh.

    ARIELLA’s POV.For the past few days, I have not had the urge to stand up from my bed and do anything productive. Kayden rejected me and I haven’t been the same ever since. I am not going to think about anyone and anything, no matter who it is.My door creaks open and I look up to see my mum standing by the door, a small smile on her face.“Good morning mum” I greet, “did you sleep well?”“Of course, baby” she says, sauntering into the room, “I slept well”“That’s good to hear”“But you don’t look so good yourself!” Her voice cuts me off again and I let out another sigh. I know she would say that. She has been meaning to talk to me the moment I got home but I have not been in the mood, I have been avoiding her like a plague but I guess not anymore.     KAYDEN’s POV.“Hey” I gently smack Aaron at the back as I lower myself on the chair beside him, my eyes traveling around the set. Finally, my last scene and I can’t wait to be done with it and go for my woman. Since I got back, I have been trying to call her but her number has not been going through. I don’t know if she blocked my number and I don’t want to show up in her house because we already talked about this but I miss seeing her face, her smile and everything that makes her her. It’s a pity that Aaron said she left for London with her brother, that asshole didn’t even tell me. I had to stay back in New York for an extra day because mom insisted on having all of us around for dinner including Malachi, Odette’s new man. Odette looked happy with him and I saw the way he adored her, that man literally worshipped the ground she walked on. Zachary treated her that way too before he messed up so I am quite skeptical about him but I am keeping my fingers crossed. I hope he doesn’t hurt
