Three

"Thank you" I mutter as he kept my bags down and looked up at me. "I ordered new sheets for you, I hope you like it," He said walking closer and I put my hands in front of me. 

"Thank you so much," I said. He smiled. I gasp as he rests his hand on the wall behind me and leaned in. "Anything you need, just let me know." I nodded looking down at the ground. I felt my legs give out and he walked out, But I jumped as he re-entered. 

"Dinner will be ready soon. Come down ya" I nodded and he gave me a cheeky smile before closing the door and leaving me alone. 

I took a hot shower wearing my long black dress with half sleeves and drying my hair. There was a knock on my door and I gulp walking towards the door. 

"Hey sweetie, it's me" I sigh opening the door immediately. 

Emma walked in and looked around and smiled. "I hope you like it" I smiled. "I really like it." She nodded. "Oh, The dinner is ready and Alex is home. Theo will be here soon. Come down ya" I nodded as she walked out. 

I was thinking how small her other kids were when the thought of her having two other kids crossed my mind. That's why she had another house just for them.  So Kaden and Rex took care of the other two kids? 

I walked down the stairs to see someone in the kitchen with his back to me. I thought he was Rex because of his height. I didn't see anyone in the living room so I opened my mouth to question him when he turned around, making me startled at another different face. He stared at me and we stood quietly for about a minute when he finally spoke. 

"And who might you be, in our house?" He asked walking near and I stepped back a little. 

"Oh, I am staying here?" I questioned myself and he rose his eyebrows. 

"So you one of the girlfriends of my brother?" He asked and I frantically shook my head waving my hand back and forth. 

"No no, I am-" He widens his eyes leaning on the island and smirking at me. 

"Did my brother rent out a room or something? Cause if you don't have a boyfriend-" I gulp as he walked near me. I kept stepping back, "I can certainly take you on a date" Before I knew it I bumped into a hard chest which made him straighten his back and look at someone behind me. 

"Rex" I whispered as I turned around to look. 

"Oh, it's you-" Rex gave him a foul face and rolled his eyes. "Don't try to hit on her, she is the girl Emma took in. Unfortunately staying with us for a while. I hope not more than a month" I bite my lip as Rex walked away and grabbed a glass of water. 

"What! Woah, no one told me you were so cute. Primrose ya? I heard from mom. Nice to meet you babe" I was suddenly pulled in a big tight hug. I moan in pain as he lets go and smiles at me. His big frame looming over me like a cupboard. 

I noticed he had really big brown eyes, His was the shade of strawberry blond. But in a natural way. 

"I am Alex. You can call me whatever you like-" I smiled at his sweet voice and his nice greeting until he grabbed my chin pulling me to look at him. 

"Or you can call me master" I just froze with my stomach twisting in knots as he laughed letting me go. 

"Oh gosh, you must be really innocent. I can see your blush so easily"  I covered my cheeks with my hands. "Hey, where are mom and Kaden?" Alex turned around and grabbed Rex's attention as he stood there on his phone. 

"We are having dinner in the backyard" Rex muttered and Alex grabbed my hand and rushed me out the house to the backyard. It was really simple and pretty. There were fairy lights surrounding the backspace with a small table in the middle. I stared at the pretty setting and Alex leaned beside me. 

His lips touched my ear making me move back but he rests his hand on my back. 

"I see you like the setting, Me and Kaden did that" I nodded. 

"It's very pretty," I said. "Hey Rosie, We are waiting for Theo and then we can eat together" 

I honestly thought she would have kids by the age of 10 or 15. Because she was young. Only 32, I wondered how old Alex was. Since Rex and Kaden were my age. Almost my age. 

We had set all the plates and food and sat down to talk to wait for Theo. He was running late because of traffic. 

"So, I know you guys already have introduced yourselves to her, But Alex works as an editor and designs things, which I don't understand. He is just two years older than you guys." I nodded as Alex smiled. 

"Hey, sorry I am late" We heard a rough voice and I look behind to see a very handsome man. He had his blazer in his hand with his tie and three-button of his shirt undone. He ran his hand through his hair dropping his stuff on the couch inside and walked out. 

Emma hugged him as he sat down beside her. 

"Primrose. This is Theo, my first son. And this is Primrose, I told u guys about." he looked at me and nodded. I gave him a soft smile before looking down. 

"Can we just eat and leave now" Emma sighs at Rex and everyone starts eating. 

"You got stuck in traffic?" Theo nodded. I figured he was the quiet type. He was very muscular. More than Alex and Rex. A very visible tattoo ran from his neck and disappeared in his shirt but I saw its end at his forearm when he folded his sleeves back. He had jet black hair, I saw his black eyes when he nodded at me.

"I hope you guys don't give her a hard time." she smiled. 

We all went to sleep and Emma slept with me in my bed since I didn't want her sleeping on the couch that night. 

I smiled as she brushed her hair and looked at me. I bite my lip and hold my tears back. But she saw through me. 

"Hey, I will visit when I can. My boys will take care of you. And, I just wanna tell you one thing, if your mother calls you and asks you to meet again, You can go meet her. But just take someone with you okay? A friend or one of them" I nodded as she ran her hands on my hair. 

"And always be with one of them when you go out. Don't go alone. They all are comfortable with taking you out whenever you want, we talked about it. And if John comes. I want you to call me" I nodded. 

"I love you guys." She said waving and getting in her car as we watched her leave.

"Well, I gotta leave for work, So do you want me to drop you-" Before he finished Kaden stopped him. 

"I think I can take her to our uni," Alex smirked. "I don't mind taking her, You will make her late" Kaden scoffs. 

"Clearly you don't remember how late you are getting for work yourself" I blink at them as they argue. When Rex walked into the living room and looked at us. 

"Alex, I am taking the bike" Alex snapped his head at Rex. 

"The fuck? Why don't you go with your friend like always? Its mine" Rex rolled his eyes. 

After ten minutes of arguing I was at the back seat of Kaden's car with Rex in shotgun. I didn't speak much to them, but I guess I could warm up to them soon. 

Theo had early work hours sometimes and had to leave early today. 

It was weird getting out of Kaden's car as all the girls and his friends watched in confusion.
