LIGHT'S POV

"It's just the two of us in this forest, anything can happen. Nasty things," he thug a strand of hair behind my ears, whispering seductively.

I could feel my heart beating hard and fast against my chest, however, I didn't back off. Rather, there was this newfound courage as I stare right into his eyes, biting my lips seductively.

"You're right, it's just the two of us. Nasty things could happen but can you handle it," I retorted in a whisper, before curving my lips into a mischievous smirk.

Alister chuckled, staring at me in both amazement and some other emotion that I couldn't fathom.

"If you play with fire Light, you are bound to get burnt. Stop playing with fire," he retorted, turning on his heels.

"Come, it's not safe out here alone," he quickly added without turning back.

"Wait," I yelled, making him halt his movement.
