Chapter 6

Selena lay in her bed, the morning light casting a soft glow on her face. The events of the previous night replayed in her mind like a broken record, her thoughts drifting to Levi, who was lying next to her, still asleep. She couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as she looked at him, wondering what the future held for them.

Suddenly, Levi's eyes opened, and they locked onto Selena's. She felt a jolt of electricity run through her body, the tension between them palpable. His gaze shifted, and he noticed the small symbol on her shoulder, his curiosity piqued.

Selena's heart raced as she watched Levi's expression change, her mind racing with questions. What did he know about the symbol? Was it something dangerous? She tried to keep her voice steady as she replied, "It's just a tattoo I have had ever since I was a kid, nothing special."

But Levi wasn't convinced, and his eyes lingered on the symbol, his mind working overtime.

"It's a tatoo have had ever since I was a kid, nothing special" I said as my hand covered my shoulder

He tried to hide the tension in his voice as he said, "I think I have seen that somewhere."

"I highly doubt that," she replied firmly with a bit of skepticism, sensing the unease emanating from Levi.

Levi's eyes flickered over to my shoulder as we lay in bed together, his gaze lingering on the symbol etched onto my skin. "What pack did you say you were from again?" he asked, his voice laced with tension.

"I never did," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. "I don't really know much about the werewolf world. My parents hid everything from me."

As I stared at the symbol before me, its intricate lines and enigmatic curves etched into my consciousness, a sense of familiarity stirred within me. It was as if the depths of my mind were trying to unearth a buried memory, desperately seeking to connect the puzzle pieces that lay scattered within my thoughts.

But for a brief moment, the answer eluded me. I stood there, a furrow forming on my brow, as I grappled with the enigma that held me captive. The symbol danced tantalizingly on the precipice of my recollection, teasing me with its cryptic significance.

I closed my eyes, willing my mind to delve deeper into the recesses of my memories. Images and fragments of the past flickered across the canvas of my mind, each one like a fleeting wisp of smoke. But amid the chaos, a flicker of recognition emerged, a whisper of certainty amidst the storm of uncertainty.

"The library," I breathed, the word slipping from my lips like a revelation. The library, with its shelves brimming with ancient tomes and forgotten lore, held the key to deciphering the meaning behind the symbol. It was a sanctuary of knowledge, a repository of wisdom.

"What lies within the depths of the library?"she asked

My gaze met hers, an intensity and resolve burning within my eyes. "It is the symbol," I answered, my voice carrying a mix of certainty and intrigue.

"So you're saying I might be able to find out about this?" Selena asked, her eyes brimming with curiosity as she looked at the tatoo.

I took a deep breath, my voice filled with a mix of anticipation and determination. "Yes, Selena," I replied, my words carrying the weight of possibility. "The symbol... it was etched upon one of the books in the pack history section."

"Then what are we waiting for, let me take my shower then we go" she said standing up as she revealed her delicate body, her firmly filled boob attracting my eyes, the sexy curve of her waist and that bubble butt. I still couldn't believe I was here, who knows I might be dreaming.

"What?" I replied not really sure of what she was talking about.
