FIRST HEAT

After the party was over, I could wait no more. I took the birthday cake Ivory had made for me and headed straight for Alpha Kade's room.

I knocked on the door a couple of times but there was no answer.

The plan was to surprise him anyway so I decided to do something that I had never done before. I took a deep breath, preparing myself, then I pushed open the door and walked in.

It was obvious that he wasn't in the room but I was so wrong about that.

The moment I turned the corner, the scene before my eyes stopped me in my tracks.

My first reaction was when my hands trembled and the cake fell to the floor. It wasn't just the act which he was engaged in, it was the enormous size of his dick which welcomed me into his office. "Leave the cake!" he snapped when I went to clean it up. "I'll send for someone else."

I went back to my room and shut the door behind me. Then I slid to the floor with tears in my eyes.

Three days flew by and I didn't hear anything from the Alpha. He didn't even check up on me and I blatantly refused eating anything that was brought to me.

I should have been angry at his attitude, but I wasn't. The realization that he had my name on his lips while in a state of arousal made me feel that he would eventually come for my body. Sooner or later.

There came a knock on the door. I didn't answer. I was still sitting on the floor, my back against the bed, waiting for him.

My personal maid, Nina, walked in and regarded me with concerned eyes.

"What?" I asked her.

"You should eat, Liora. You aren't young anymore. And no one is going to pet you, not even the Alpha."

Deep words but they were true. After she left I picked up the tray from that evening and picked the contents of my food until I was able to finish it.

Then I climbed on my bed and tried to fall asleep. But I could not.

There was something stopping me from falling asleep. Under the covers, I felt something crawling up and down my spine. Like the fingers of a lover, my pussy clenched at what I was feeling.

Uncomfortable, I got out of the bed and tried to find Nina. I wanted her to tell me why I was suddenly feeling things after eating the food she brought for me.

I walked to the end of the staircase when I heard someone call my name.

"Liora."

I turned. The hallway was lit with lamps but there were some dark spots. And our of the one closest to me, someone walked.

I remembered his face. "Jared?" I asked. "What are you doing here?"

He didn't live in the estate so there was no way that he should be there.

"I came.. " he said. "Because I felt you.."

"What?"

"I could not control myself, and so can't you. Look... " he pointed.

I looked, and saw that my nipples were so hard and erect that they peeked out from my dress. I felt ashamed that he had to see that.

"No. Leave." It was obvious that Jared wanted me but I didn't want him.

He came close to me, too close, which made me take a step back. I could have fallen down the stairs if he hadn't caught my hand.

Suddenly, a voice thundered in the air, sharp and familiar. "Liora!"

I looked at the far end of the lobby and there he was. The man I wanted. He stood in all his glory, illuminated by the lamps which bore the orange color of his angry eyes.

His face was cold. And I knew that look. It was the look of a man who had just seen another man try to take his woman.
