One of the men narrated what happened and the three best friends became livid, all for different reasons.

Derek because he thought of how traumatized his sister will be and he also felt guilty in the case of Olivia because he took her to the cafe.

Ace because he felt pained that he wasn’t there for Olivia, for him, protecting her was his responsibility.

And mason because he knew that there was no way Curtis doesn’t know that Derek’s mom owned that cafe. Mason also suspected that Curtis acted on his own because what he did was very low, they do not operate like that, it was like the whole thing was orchestrated by him.

“Curtis, did you actually slapped my sister?” Ace shouted in anger.

“Yes, I did. She bit me.” Curtis answered immediately without a trace of remorse.
