ANDREA
"This is so unfair," I whispered to myself as tears slid down my cheeks.I felt my wolf purr as she tried to soothe me. It only made me more agitated. I had finally found my mates, but they didn’t care about me. Oh, they did, but just to cure their curses.I was such a fool to think that they had cared for me at all. They only thought about themselves, and nothing more, but this wouldn’t keep happening anymore. I was going to show them that I was not some foot-mat for their satisfaction, but I had no idea how."Andrea?"I wiped my tears with the back of my hands as I turned around to see the second alpha looking right at me. I knew he was the one thanks to the smile on his face. It was friendly at best, but I knew it was a bit fickle. His grey eyes were turning almost black in the sunlight, and I had to look away as fast as I could, so I wouldn’t get confused with the whole thing. Slowly, I tried to get up, but my knee sunk into the earth, making it a bit difficult to stand."Are you ok?" He asked once more.I closed my eyes a bit. "If you would help me to my feet, I would be thankful," I said instead."Sure thing," he said at once. The next minute, he was around me, and I felt like sliding into his skin at that very moment. The mate bond was becoming stronger by the minute, and it wasn't very pleasant. How could I feel this way for the brothers who didn’t care for me?"Can you stand?" He asked again.I slowly nodded, and he helped me up as easily as if I weighed nothing. Up on my feet, I shrugged his hands off me, muttering my thanks as I walked over to the bench on the side. I needed to sit down for a bit or I might go crazy."I’m sorry I took a pinch of your time second Alpha," I muttered."Don’t call me that," he said softly. I turned to look at him, and he had an impish grin on his face. "I would rather prefer to be called Raul when we are all together. There is no need for excessive formality."Right, so you can put me in trouble. That is not going to happen. I sat down on the bench and I looked right at him. "It doesn’t show respect, and I’m not used to the three of you yet because you all look alike. It’s better to stick with titles."He frowned, obviously displeased with my words as he dusted his hands on his trousers. "I don’t like that. With time, you would be able to tell us apart. It’s honestly not too difficult to do so, but you have to relax.""I will think about it," I said at last.He smiled at that. "Ok, that is better than nothing. If we understand each other more it would be fine."I nodded once and looked towards the flowers at the side. Gosh! Could he just leave? I was so fucking tired of this conversation. It was boring, and it wouldn’t amount to anything, but heartache, and that was one thing that I couldn’t didn’t want. Why does he have to pretend that he cares about me or our relationship?"You know, I thought at some point that I would never meet my mate. I mean, it felt like I had waited for centuries to find you. It was that crazy because everyone we knew found their mates when they were 18, and, here, I was being mateless, and of course, cranky. Trust me, it was a bad combination. But, now, you’re here...""Oh, Moon Goddess!" I exclaimed in a fight.Raul was by my side in five seconds as he touched my back slightly. "What is the matter?""I..." I closed my eyes for a minute and opened it slowly. "I’m not able to talk for long. I feel so cold and weak. Maybe, I should go inside?" I said tentatively."Should I come with you?"My heart skipped at that one question. "No!"He looked at me, slightly confused about my reaction, and it took me a while to realise that I sounded quite harsh. That was not like me at all, but I was not feeling myself right now either."I don’t mean to scream, but I don’t want you to get the cold too. I would just walk to my room, and try to nap. I’m sure that it would be fine by then."Raul frowned lightly. "I won’t get a cold, and even if I do, it would leave as fast as it came. There is no need to worry about that."I rose to my feet then, putting some distance between us as I made a show of cleaning my nose, even when it was not running at the moment. "Please, second Alpha - Raul, let me go on my own. It would make me feel better.""Alright," he conceded.I smiled lightly at him and proceeded to move. But, instead of leaving me like I told him, he walked a couple of distance behind me. Whenever I turned, I found him walking with his hands deep in his pocket. His brows were knitted in concentration as though he thought I would fall or something. It was on the tip of my tongue to ask him why he was acting as though he cared about my health, but I pushed that thought to the side as quickly as it had come. It was useless and baseless right now.We finally got to the door, and I pulled it open, turning a bit to give him a nod. He grinned happily as he moved on. This man was something else, but I wouldn’t be the fool to be deceived.ANDREAIt’s been a week, and I was starting to feel like myself again. There had been apologies and whatnot, but my father-in-law had not been able to do that. Instead, he walked out of the pack and told us not to find him. I still didn’t know what to think about that, but I just hoped with all I had that there would be no more problems for him in the future. Now, I was heading to the dining area to dine with my friend. It felt like the most beautiful thing in the world right now, and I didn’t wish to stop thinking about it."She is here," my friends said the moment I stepped in.Lily, Lucinda, and Amelia giggled behind me, and I rolled my eyes. Despite all of my emotions, it felt good to be able to look at my friends. They complimented my golden gown with their black, red, and silver suits. Raul and Nikolai stretched their hands towards me, and I quickly moved over to them, placing my hands in theirs. It felt so good to be able to do that and be where I was with them, and I didn’t wan
ANDREAI was seated by Lucian’s side, with Nikolai and Raul flanking us as we looked at the elders, who had their heads bowed in submission. This was so weird, and I looked at Lucian for support, and he squeezed my hand in response before facing them once more."I called you all here because you’ve really hurt me. I have been someone who has taken the pack to greater heights all through my years, but what I got when I found out about my mate was that you tried to kill her," Lucian paused for effect. He signalled to his friends, and they placed their hands on my shoulders. "This is the speech you wanted to hear, right? But I won’t give you that," he said firmly. They rose their heads as they looked at the Alpha in shock. I looked at the boys I fell in love with, and it felt like my heart was about to burst with the love I was feeling."We," they said as one. "We are sorry for everything we’ve done in this pack so far," he muttered. The shock and awe were written all over the elders fac
ANDREA'Maybe, we would definitely die here,' Kezav mumbled in panic.I shook my head lightly, hoping that wouldn’t happen. I really hoped that my mates found me quickly. If they were arguing as usual, it would be more difficult to do, so they mustn’t fight, but cooperate with each other.I swallowed hard as the pain in my wrists intensified and my eyes swarm in circles. I was so damn hungry and thirsty, but I didn’t want to eat a thing. I wondered if the elders would serve me poison or something. It would really be a waste. I still wanted to see my mates once more, and tell them how much I loved them, and hoped they would not separate me from themselves. Those thoughts died a natural death as the door suddenly creaked open. The faces of the elders were so hazy, but I knew they were coming towards me."Shut up!" They screamed suddenly.I had not realised that I had been speaking at all. I sighed as I was pulled harshly up, my wrists slowly disintegrated from my own body."Do you reall
RAULI subconsciously placed my hand over my head in a bid to control the pain that I was feeling. Goddess, what the hell was going on with me? I sighed lightly as I slowly slid my eyes open. The whole place was so hazy, and the headaches seemed to triple, like something was after me. "What happened?" I asked in a slurred tone that didn’t seem to belong to me.Licking my sticky lips, I turned around, and the whole place was slowly becoming clearer. It seemed I was in my room. No, that wasn’t a probability; I was indeed here. But wasn’t I...'They are not burning. They are still in their wolf form,' I could hear those bastards cry in panic.I could remember how one of them had taken advantage of my situation and stabbed me. Damn! It must have been a silver blade, because nothing else could have brought me down that fast. But, were my brothers able to subdue the pack too?I honestly hoped so.With a soft sigh, I calmly placed my feet on the floor as I slowly rose from the bed. At first
LADY MEADEI could hear the sounds of people screaming and shouting as I walked out of the pack house, but it didn’t deter me from moving forward. That useless Andrea had almost spoiled all my plans when she intercepted me, but I was smarter than she was with everything that I had, and she was never going to win against me.When I get out of this mess, I will have to find out how I am going to handle her. It was important to put her right in the place she belonged, and I would gladly do all that on a platter. I have had enough of her nonsense.Pulling my hoodie over my head, I moved through the shortcut to the dungeon. As usual, the prisoners were waiting to be released. It never made sense to me why they were so bitter. Well, I wouldn’t be the same as they were. I’m going to fight for myself and my future. That was enough for me to move directly to the guard I had paid. I had no idea that he was also a part of the Blue Moon Pack, but that was okay. He was definitely going to call my
LUCIANRaul hit the ground with a thud, and I swallowed the lump in my throat as I moved towards the battle. There was an unquestionable desire to kill someone who had hurt my brother, but Nikolai was faster, snapping his head out of his body. The bastard lay dismembered.I moved over to Raul, who was now in his human form and was clutching his side in pain. "Are you ok?" I managed as I shifted back. His eyes drooped close, and I could tell that he was in pain for some reason, and that hurt me a whole lot more than I could put into words. My eyes slowly accessed the injury, and I realised that it was a silver dagger that had done the fatal wound. Goddess, this was too much! How could things just shift like this? It was too painful to be real, and I hated that my brother was at the receiving end of it."You would be fine," I mumbled softly.Nikolai suddenly pulled me up, and I realised he had shifted too. "What are you doing? The whole ground is filled with bloody fights, and you keep
