Catherine's POV

“What did you say?” I asked to be sure I heard well the first time. Because I don't understand what he's trying to say.

“I'm trying to say that what happened between us was a mistake. It was not intended to happen.” He said, and I couldn't help but scoff. Was he really being serious right now? My heart came crashing to pieces. All these while and after everything that happened between us, he called it a mistake? Was this how men behave nowadays? How could he tell me it was a mistake?

“Alpha Darwin,” I called, looking at him hurtfully. He looked up at me. “How can you call everything we shared a mistake?” I asked, and he looked at me in confusion.

“What do you mean?” He asked.

“If what happened between us was a mistake, then how come we did it so many times? Are you trying to hurt me or just play with my feelings?” I asked with a snap.

How could he think of playing with my feelings this way? Was it fair?

“I don't understand what you're talking about.” He blurted out.

Darwin your denial is twisted You are denying reality and you actually could love her deeply if you let go of ego and past trauma. He seems the type to deny a part of his sexuality. It happens.
