As Beta, he ran the pack in the absence of Alpha King Vance. Faster than a bullet, I dashed up the stairs to help Azara with Venus. When I saw her at the same desk by the classroom window, she had gone limp and semi-conscious. Azara cocked her brows high, and lowly stated, “You look like shit.” Dismissing her, I fanned my hand and focused on Venus. I was well cognizant of how messy I must look in comparison to my orderly image, but I did not get the time to fix my appearance with everything happening this swiftly. Our classmates whispered and buzzed with murmurs. Werewolves do not get sick unless poisoned with components of silver and wolfsbane. High-ranked wolves had better tolerant levels than those lower. Therefore, it unnerved everyone to witness this happening to the Alpha Princess.
