NINETEEN - Date Night

We arrived at the restaurant, his hand was on the small of my back as we were led to our table.

A red candle was lit in the middle of the table, the soft piano playing in the background, and the almost inaudible chatter of the other guests created a perfectly romantic environment.

"There must be a pack out there that absolutely hates your guts, you know?" I whispered as I got to our table.

It was a perfectly romantic environment, but we were talking about werewolves and witches and mayhem. What a waste!

"There have been some rumors." He said, then turned to the waiter, "We'll have a bottle of your best champagne." He ordered then turned back to me.

I smiled slightly, "Champagne? I see we're off on a good start."

"I noticed you have a certain preference for it."
