It's been a while since I trained but it was nice getting back at it, Lori was went back to her old shy and closed up self. We bathe separately and she slept in my t-shirt, but she was shy about me touching her. My guess is she did not want the mate bond to make her desire me sexual and I understood so relieved myself during my showers so not to get hard fast and make her uncomfortable.

It's been 4 days since we started training and a warrior come to me to tell me Cody has been trying to reach me. After what Black said about letting him be, I was reluctant on calling him. Not sure how to address him, beta Cody or suprema wolf Cody or even just cody and what do I say about avoiding him?
