Unknown to Alexandra, Kirklin could see her through the camera installed in his car which he was able to view from his wristwatch.

He was surprised to see her expressing breast milk and knew she must have delivered her baby from the pregnancy that caused them to go their separate ways.

He was happy for her but felt unhappy for himself as he thought she must be with her child's dad. As soon as he saw that she was done, he went to the car and knocked before entering.

He touched her forehead and realized her fever had subsided. "Oh wow, you're getting better!" He exclaimed.

“Yes, thank you but I still need the meds”. She ate a little of the snack and took the medication. She thereafter decided to leave. She held the door handle and said as she wanted to get out of his car, "Thank you for helping me today".
