JOSEPHINE……

I woke up groaning and stopped the alarm I had set to wake up for school. But I forgot that I couldn't go to school with a broken nose. And I didn't have the gut to see how it was looking. I rolled over on my stomach to escape the brightness of the bright daylight.

I got out of my bed and selected clothes for today and went to the bathroom. Though I tried my best to resist myself from looking at the mirror I couldn't help.

“Oh, my poor nose.” I examined my nose that had turned blue and purple. I wanted to cry looking at the nose. I was looking like the ugliest girl in the world. I didn't waste my time by looking at the mirror and getting into the shower. It took me fifteen minutes to take a bath. I dried my body with the towel then wrapped it around my head and wrapped a dry towel around my body.
