(Warning: Triggering scenes ahead, do watch at your own risk) Evelyn's P.O.V. The fake wedding ceremony was over. My mom shed crocodile tears during the farewell. However, Dad looked remorseful and I know why. I know my mother must had forced him for this marriage as she's crazy about wealth and property. Dad tried to hug me but I backed away as there is no use of crying over a split milk now. If you help someone in crime you become a criminal as well. Right now, I was in his bedroom fuming with anger. The effect of that bloody drug was over by now and I was literally ready to burn all of those filthy scums with my raging eyes. Really how could they do that to me? And my own parents were even involved in this crime which made me weaker and sadder as I don't deserve it at all. I don't think that selling your daughter just for your damn company sounds right from any point.
