Kylie's POV

Ryan never treated me like this, he never said nice words to me or anything, he was just Ryan. Vegas' eyes held hope in them and I didn't want that hope to disappear.

"Don't I get enough time to think?" Those words escaped my lips before I could realize.

"Sure you do, how about we go on a date tomorrow evening?" Vegas raised his eyebrows with a wide grin on his face.

"I would be honored to go on a date with you, Mr. Vegas," I bowed my head and curtsy playfully, "and can we keep this a secret?"

Vegas pulled me into his warm embrace, "Thank you for giving me a chance, sure peaches, we can," I relaxed in his embrace. Was this right? Giving Vegas a chance when I know I won't get here for long.

"Peaches?" I rolled my eyebrows playfully.
