Their First Fight

Mia's pov.

I couldn't be wrong about Diva. She was looking at Xavier like she was still in love with him. She was watching him as if she wanted to swallow him whole.

She was literally drooling on my husband.

When Xavier introduced me as his wife, I saw a burning gaze in her eyes for a moment, as if she wanted to kill me with her looks. But she masked it with a smile on her face.

What an actress! No doubt she was a successful model.

"Nice to meet you, Mia." She said, stretching her hand towards me.

"It's a pleasure meeting you as well." I said and stretched my hand ,but Xavier caught my hand midway and held it possessively.

"Excuse us ,Diva. I have some more important people to meet. I will catch you later." He said in his cold voice and took me towards the other side of the hall to introduce me to many people in his society.
