Through the chaos, I spotted Maestro reaching the elevator and already had his hands on the worn-out buttons. He was losing a lot of blood and was already leaning on the walls.

I watched as his palm made a bloody imprint on the wall. I stormed forward but was blocked by a man who had raised an ax over his head.

I did not stop. The fourth man yelled a war cry and charged as he brought the axe down with great force.

I merely moved to the left side and the axe missed me completely. The man, due to the force he used could not stop his momentum. I jammed my blade into his back with looking back.

His legs crumpled before him. He tried getting up but could not. "Me legs, I can't feel legs!" He panicked.

I stabbed his spine, the one responsible for his legs, He would not be walking till he died.

I reached into my shoulder holster and pulled out a straight knife with a wicked-looking sharp edge and hurled it at The Maestro.

The knife went through his arm and pinned it
