CHAPTER TWELVE - INFATUATION IS OVER

Sophia had had enough. She couldn't bear to look at Josh, who had ignored her all day, just like Becky. Becky, her only friend in the class, made a point of laughing the loudest and walking by her as if she didn't exist.

Feeling lonely and abandoned, Sophia packed her things and rushed out of school, not wanting to stay for another second. She felt like everyone was being condescending towards her.
