During the meeting, we discussed the incidence of the attack and which borders did the rouges cross and it seems this attack was pre-planned beforehand but who has the power to take control of rouges who are starved from their rationality? And more specifically why?

“It would seem this is not the end of the attack, it is likely a second wave would approach us any time soon, we must ensure the safety of the women and children” one of the officers said.
