Eiji and the staff that was assigned to make the appetizers were busy making a large number of appetizers for the event, It might be an easy canapé that would be served around but 500 was no small number even for an appetizer. Since it is  3 different kinds of canapés, they would need to make 250 in each type of canapé. They don't know which type of canapé would be most popular that is why they would need to be ready to create more on the day itself.

"Eiji…" Ken approach his son while behind him was the owner of the hotel and his friend.

"Dad and uncle Seiya, Good Morning" greeted Eiji to his dad and the owner of the hotel whose whole name was Seiya Ikeda, the hotel that they are at was named after his first name which was Sei Hotel, they just remove the -ya from it.
