It was finally the day that Eiji would leave the country, George and his wife accompanied him to the airport. Eiji already had some of his luggage airmailed directly to their house that way he won't have to pay for any excess luggage since he did receive quite a lot of farewell gifts from his co-workers. Hiroshi also gave him something early that morning before he left his apartment. He told him that it was his farewell gift and one last kiss as well since they don't know when they will meet again in the future.

The lunch service finally ended and the whole kitchen staff who was part of the lunch service were now on break while the ones who just arrived started to prepare for the event. The appetizers just need to have a few finishing touches and they can be transferred to the banquet kitchen. That kitchen was the one connected to all of the ballrooms for a much easier transfer of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
