I felt bad after what happened last evening at the mall. I didn’t intend to speak to Beauty like that and I promised myself to apologize to her immediately we see.

I knew if she was in my shoes, she would have told me about it but I shut her out not because I had to but because I didn’t know how to tell her my life without exposing some part of me.

“Get in.” Giveon said, holding the door to his car for me.

“What?” I sounded surprised because since I started working at the Sales department, I haven’t gone to work with him and there was no reason for me to be in the same car as him.

“Have you forgotten?” I tried reminding him of the fact he doesn’t want anyone to know about our relationship.

“Just get into the car.” He replied curtly, not leaving me any room for arguments.

I obeyed, for into the car and the driver began to drive. When we were a few buildings before the company building, I spoke up. “Can you please drop me here?”
