106. Afraid

I opened my eyes to see myself on a dark room with barely any light in it. My body aches and when I made an attempt to move, I realize that I couldn't as I was tied to a chair.

Where was I? How did I come here?

I thought to myself before I recalled how the power went out at the hall I was celebrating my birthday and how someone had grabbed me from behind.

I groaned lightly. "Hello!" I called out.

"Anybody here?" I said out loud.

The door open and a massive ray of light entered the room but soon it was dark again when the man closed the door.

"You better keep it down or I'm gonna hit you," he warned, coming closer to me.

"Who are you and what do you want from me?" I asked.

I have not offended anyone so I do not understand why I was kidnapped. What was their intention or perhaps, did they get the wrong person? I thought to myself.
