Primrose was worried seeing her sister just got home. They never really see each other often and thank God she is free this morning. So, she wants to apologize to her sister for not fully telling her that Jake was planning to propose and for not telling her what she further knew.

As a younger sister, she didn't have as much responsibility as her sister. All she needed to do was graduate and be good at school, unlike her sister who needed to work for them.
