Lucy's pov;

On Friday morning, Tyler came back from his business trip. He asked me with a bright smile on his face "Did you find it happy after I left?"

"Yeah, I did. I was so happy and went shopping with Lance." And walked into the kitchen.

He shouted from the living room, "What are you doing inside the kitchen? Your husband just returned from his business trip. Aren't you going to say some sweet words to me?"

I thought he was teasing me but after knowing that he likes me, it feels weird to hear those words from him.

He walked into the kitchen and asked me, "What are you cooking?"

"I came to drink water." And poured a glass of water in a glass. He took the glass when it got filled and drank the entire water and kept the glass on the kitchen top.

"What are you doing?"

"Drinking water. I was so thirsty you know." And smiled at me.

When I was about to scold him, I heard someone walking into the house.

"How am I supposed to know that?" I asked back at him.
